Let’s Glow SF: Disco Wonder Land & Sea
“Disco Winter Wonder Land & Sea” for Let’s Glow SF 2022
During December 2 – 11, 2022, my artwork “Disco Winter Wonder Land & Sea” was displayed at the iconic building, One Bush Plaza, Downtown San Francisco as part of the second annual “Let’s Glow SF” – the largest holiday projection art festival in the U.S. I joined forces with 15 local and international artists to create a journey of light celebrating the festive winter season in the historic heart of San Francisco.
The animated artwork is a playful and whimsical celebration of the winter holiday season and the natural inhabitants from different continents. The art piece includes iconic north pole animals such as the polar bear, red panda, koala, and whale shark. The artwork aims to delight the locals and visitors of San Francisco. It also promotes biological diversity and ocean conservation educationally and engagingly.
I am thankful to work with the extremely talented animator: Tyler Clapp, musician: Nick Andre, and the amazing projection mapping team A3Visual from San Francisco.
Also, thank you, NBC Bay Area, for sharing my story.
